I have been involved in projects since my first job. That's more than 25 years of experience as a project manager.
Why projects? Because projects have this unique character, this exciting and complex something.
With the right methodology and professional and social skills, a project that was initially considered unachievable is achieved after all. "On time", "on budget", in the right quality and to the satisfaction of those involved in the project. These successful results are what motivated me to make a career in project management.
My projects are predominantly IT-related. Whether data center expansion or relocation, online payment, outsourcing, managed service or the development of online platforms and complex web stores... this is where I feel at home.
Due to my passion for nature and the mountains, my confidence in dealing with people and my enjoyment of communicating complex issues and contexts, I have added further offers to my portfolio in recent years: Training and outdoor seminars for managers. This is where I benefit from my climbing trainer license from the German Alpine Club.
